Drews Creek Wines and Catering is a boutique caterer based in the Vineyard Village of Broke in Hunter Valley Wine Country, and has been servicing the Pokolbin, Rothbury, Lovedale, Wollombi, Singleton and Broke vineyard areas since 2000.
Jennifer Gibson, a trade qualified and internationally experienced chef, and her team bring the restaurant dining experience to you. We specialise in smaller groups of 6 – 20 so we can focus on quality and service.
Drews Creek Wines & Catering is also now available as a drop off service. If you are arriving late to your accommodation or just need a little help with the party food, we can arrange to have your menu choices delivered, ready for you to heat and eat. Or a meat platter ready for the BBQ together with salads, and desserts. Please book well in advance.
If you fancy a bigger function or party or a corporate event, Drews Creek Wines and Catering can design a personalised menu so you can enjoy a truly unique dining experience. We can cater for the full convention, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, with morning and afternoon tea if that’s what you need.
Jennifer Gibson
Jennifer Gibson is a passionate chef. She completed her trade at The Cellar Restaurant, Pokolbin (Chef’s hat winner), then travelled to France to further her knowledge and skills.
After leaving France, Jennifer then cooked at various resorts and restaurants in Fiji, Whitsunday Islands and in the ski fields, as well as in leading restaurants in the Hunter Valley.
Jennifer brings a wide range of culinary influences to the kitchen, ranging from her European and South Pacific experiences to the eclectic mix of cuisines that has become uniquely Australian.
Jennifer believes that the basis of any dish is the use of fresh seasonal produce, and that with the abundance of fresh ingredients available there is no need to cook out of season. She believes in food and friends and that the best experience is sharing the occasion together.
